We believe parents are vital partners in their children’s education, but the so-called ‘parental rights’ movement goes beyond collaboration. It seeks to let politics, not parents and educators together, dictate what’s taught in classrooms, undermining equal learning for all students.

How do we feel about SROs? This slate is endorsed by the DCSD's teacher's union, the Douglas County Federation (DCF). Does this mean all candidates are agreeing to sign a collective bargaining agreement (CBA)? How do we feel about vouchers? Do you believe in banning books? Do you believe in parental rights? How do you feel about men being in girls' bathrooms? Several of your candidates have been approved by Planned Parenthood, but were not endorsed. What is the purpose of seeking their approval? Do Community’s Choice candidates support career and technical education (CTE)? Are Community’s Choice candidates supportive of school choice? Do Community’s Choice candidates support girls’ sports?
